If I want to add another line how does it work? The ads say 10.00 extra a month but it’s so confusing. I cannot afford a HUGE cell bill ( I can hardly afford what I have now ). Those taxes and fees really kill you !

So why is it that I will see a Trailer for a Movie, For example comedy, They show a lot of the funny scenes in the trailer? Which kind of ruins it for me personally. But the thing that annoys the crap out of me is when they show a scene. Be it comedy, horror, drama, whatever; and I watch the film and low and behold! That scene is either NOT in the film or Completely different. So why does the film companies advertise deleted or alternate scenes for a movie?

Two years ago my fiance, who I’ll call "Sam" put down his name on an application and lease for a house, along with his mother’s name, who I’ll call "Dawn", because his credit was almost perfect while hers was very poor. He’s the only reason she got this house, and we moved in as well. The first year seemed to go okay, and along with us giving her between 600-1100 dollars a month for rent, groceries utilities ad cable/phone/net, we also had his aunt and uncle living with us who also gave the same amount every month. The rent was 1500 and Dawn and her husband worked, so there was money coming in from them too. Last January, in 2008, the year lease was up. It was not renewed, and nothin was said about it from either the landlord or any of us. This past December, we found out that despite Dawn saying she would pay everything as long as she got money, the rent was not being paid. It hasn’t been paid in eight months, even though there was enough money coming into the household for everything, at least enough to keep the wolves at bay, if you know what I mean. So Sam stopped giving his mom money, and took over the electric bill despite her protests because it’s in his name anyway. We’re caught up on that at least. But I’m infuriated over the fact that Dawn has lied to us, taken our money, not paid rent and pretty much taken advantage of us and used us, and has muddied up Sam’s good name, and his good credit. We decided to move out, move back to my home state, not just to be closer to my family but to get away from this situation. While waiting to hear if we were going to get a place, his mom goes and finds a new house and manages to get it, and used her tax return as first months rent and security deposit and rushed to move out of here. Sam and I will be out of here by March first, even though we were hoping to go before they did. But now the landlord has called our cell, because the other numbers she had for Dawn aren’t in service, since they moved they got a new number. So I made a decision. I let the landlord know what has happened this past year. I told her Dawn lied to us and took our money saying she was paying rent but that she obviously wasn’t. The landlord informed me that Dawn claimed she was a "victim of identity theft" and that she would get things straightened out with her tax return and start paying the back rent and catch up. So I told the landlord that Dawn actually used it to move somewhere else, that she left us behind (we certainly were not going to move twice, besides I’d rather not have my baby girl there with Dawn and her creepy common sense lacking husband anyway which is a whole ‘nother story) and that we’d be moving ourselves. I gave her Dawn’s new number and work number, and today the landlord calls again and tells me that Dawn’s sister told her that "no Dawn didn’t move". Well, I don’t know what’s going on there, but I’m sure Dawn is trying to get out of this problem and is trying to run away from it. I also informed her that Dawn’s identity was never ‘stolen’, that she was getting money for rent and we only just found out ourselves that that money disappeared and that we have no idea where it went.
I let her know we’d be out of the house ourselves by the end of the month and thankfully the woman was understanding to our part of the story. She feels like a chump for being understanding and nice to Dawn when she was actually being lied to, just the same as us.
What I want to know is, is that since there was no lease for this past year, what will happen with this situation? I gues technically we could be squatters, which I hate the idea of that, but it was unknowingly thrust upon us really. If the landlord has a right to take legal action to get the back rent, will Shawn be held responsible? even though there was no lease for this past year, and he trusted his own MOTHER to to pay the rent like she said she would but just took his money and lied to him instead? What can we do ourselves? If it comes to needing a lawyer, we don’t have the money for legal fees. Maybe we would if we had all the rent money we gave his mom back.
Any help with this that anyone can provide is greatly appreciated very much, and thanks for sticking with reading this through to the end lol
Oh and no we have not talked to his mother about this. How does one go about saying to his mom "i know you lied to me and took my money and spent on god knows what instead of the rent"? It’s just so wrong when you’re supposed to be able to trust your mom and when it turns out you can’t who are you supposed to trust?

I recently went to a Christian bookstore to purchase a few of my favorite Biblical movies and cds. I immediately noticed posters and advertisements for the movie "Thr3e", and overheard others discussing how they couldn’t wait for the movie to come out. One was a Pastor. I’ve also seen this movie advertised on various Christian websites.

Tonight I became curious, and decided to watch the trailer, certain it would be Christian friendly. Unless I’m missing something, the previews aren’t any different than other non-christian Thrillers I’ve seen advertised. I’m very disappointed that Christians would support this, but I also realize this is part of the deception we have been told would begin to enter Christian circles. What are your thoughts?
The fact that Ted Dekker is a Christian writer is irrelevant. This movie does not have a "dominant" Christian theme. There are many Christians who have labels behind their names of pastor, biblical teacher, ect who have strayed away from God’s Word. Christians should discern what they see and read, not judge how appropriate something is based on their opinion of the writer or director.
Can anyone recommend movies that are more Christian friendly? Lately I’ve resorted to watching re-runs of older Biblical movies, and rarely watch televison. However, every now and then, it would be nice to see a newer clean Christian movie.

It wasn’t until today when they sent me Money Order via FedEx (Yea I stupidly gave them my address) that I started thinking about this all. I didn’t even do the job yet and I’m getting paid 0?? Not only that, they wanted me to wire the money to the make up artist….in Istanbul. Why couldn’t they have done that themselves? It screams scam at me but maybe I’m just stupid. Has anyone else had this?

I rented a room from this lady on an ad she put on craigslist. She kicked me out because I asked too many questions, especially about why she tried to charge me for being one day late on the second months rent. I guess she didn’t want me to contact the actual landlord. But in any event, she made threatening phone calls, and even left a message admitting to breaking into my room without 24 hour written notice. Unfortunately I didn’t save the messages and when she broke in, she stole the receipt she had given me when I moved in that had the January’s rent and security deposit. By not having that will i not have a case in small claims? Is there a way to retrieve those messages from a prepaid cell company (net 10). I’ve heard small claims doesn’t really do anything to make a pesron pay if there credit sucks already, like wage garnishment…is that true?

Well, i have an at&t model iphone and i’m on t-mobile. i currently use the gevey chip, but that doesn’t support 3g. i was thinking of upgrading to the legit model which runs for about 100 bucks more on craigslist. before i go through with this, there are some things i would like to know.

1. how to identify a factory unlocked phone
2. will t-mobile’s 3g service work?
3. are there any websites that sell them for under 650? (32gb)
4. any alternatives? perhaps to get my current phone unlocked.

Several times in the past year (maybe longer, I can’t remember), I’ve seen trailers for movies that made it pretty clear that it was a bad movie with a weak premise, stupid humor, over-reliance on blatant film clichés, thin plot, shallow characters etc. and just being dreck all around, but when I actually saw the movie, it turned out to be pretty good.

But that doesn’t make any sense. Why would they inaccurately portray their movie as sucking if it doesn’t? Why would they advertise something as being worse than it really is, without even a hint of irony?

Ok, so I’ve never really cared much about my mobile
- but the only phone I’ve ever really wanted is the razr – I grew up with it being advertised!

What I’m wandering is there are so many different models of this phone – could some people who know what they are talking about suggest which model would be best for me, factors should include:

The way it looks – the original thinnest/simple design.
All I care about from the phone is that it can make calls, texts, and has an alarm clock.
