So back on April 1st, 2010, police came into my house with a search warrant to look for some things.

I did not commit any crime but unfortunately one of my younger cousins decided to steal an iPhone and some cash from a poor little fella. At the time when my cousin was getting his license, he didn’t really have a permanent address so he decided to write mine down. So when the police came to my house, they took my iPhone thinking it was possibly the victims. The police said that it will take up to 4-6 days to clear if the phone was the victims or not. They said to give them a call in a week, which i did and I ended up doing for a month. I’ve been calling them almost every other day leaving a voice message but they simply don’t pick up or return my calls. I have hard proof that I am the ownership of that phone (receipts with my name on it matching the serial id, etc…) so I decided to show them that at the police station. I talked to the detective working on this case, but he said he wouldn’t give my phone back and it will only take 3 days to investigate the phone and that he will call me then. The visit to the police station was on April 12, 2010. I’m getting real frustrated with how lazy police are, and I want to take action. I have document proof that it’s my phone and they won’t give it back. Is there anything I can do?

I just charged it last night and it beeped, notifying me that it was fully charged. it isn’t even three pm yet and i only have 1 bar left. i dont use vz navigator and i dont use the mobile web or any of the vcast stuff. i turned off vibrations and the light is only on for 15 seconds. i do text though but not excessivly. is anyone else experiencing the same dilemma where the battery dies down in less than a day without using many of the applications?

Hi everyone. This is probably a tough question but I wanted to ask it anyway. My family comes from Alabama as my mom and dad grew up in the area around Mobile. I do not have a lot of information on my grand-father and my dad as told me that there used to be a country western variety show that came on the local NBC affiliated channel WALA. My grand-father made appearances on this show advertising his local grocery store. My question is two fold as I would like to know the name of the show but also ask if there is anyone who knows of a possible way of viewing this old show? My dad contacted the station but they said that they do not have an archive so I just wondered if there were was someone out there who could help.
